HR Talent Controller Job Duration – 12 months rolling 39 core working hours Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1.20pm Pay Rate: £20.40/hour plus time and a half overtime after 39 hours at £30.80/hour. Salary equivalent circa £41,000 p/a Techniche Global are looking to appoint a HR Talent Controller to work with a leading OEM based in Cranfield. You will be responsible for Learning and Development (L&D) strategy and Talent Management/Talent Acquisition processes and actions delivery at site level across all functions, whilst providing daily support to HR Business Partners. This role will support identifying and acquiring skilled workers to meet organizational needs, so previous Talent Management and Acquisition experience is essential, ideally with exposure to L&D (Coaching, training, design and delivery). Qualifications/Skills Required: * Generalist HR experience * Supplier management experience * Ability to effectively coach others * Ability to manage comprehensive learning needs analysis * Knowledge of LMS software and applications * Ability to multi-task and prioritise * Ability to effectively work in tight time constraints and under pressure * Workday and Cornerstone experience would be desirable Deliverables and KPIs * Define the local learning and development strategy across all L&D areas including technical, H&S, compliance, leadership development (including policies, processes, toolkits), in line with regional AMIEO L&D Strategy, supporting business needs across all functions on site * Select suitable suppliers and vendors to support delivery of strategy * Management of the Graduates & Apprentices Development Programmes including induction, training programme, team building events and appraisals. * Support the HR Business Partners with Succession Planning and preparation for talent review meetings (local, regional, global where needed) * Deliver the annual Talent Development programs - Identify and develop talent across the business * Lead new employee Onboarding design and delivery * Manage the L&D budget
