As an ideal candidate in this position, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate and consistent generation of HR reporting for internal and external stakeholders working as part of a small team. You will have experience of developing quality level output for all levels of an organization including Executive Leadership and client-facing reporting. The HR Analyst role will also support the function development, production and results administration of our survey related provisions. This necessitates a consultative approach and includes internal, external and client facing projects using the Qualtrics application. You will also collaborate with the global HR team in all aspects of data collection, reporting, and retention. You will collect, prioritize, and respond to all requests for HR data from internal and external clients. Key responsibilities in this role include: * Utilize existing database systems to perform queries and generate reports * Develop, maintain, and support data capture tools as needed for use by global HR sites. Develop, maintain, and support singular or standard reports specific to the requirements of internal and external clients * Complete reporting in a timely fashion, exercising established controls for approval, publishing, and distribution * Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, or irregularities and discuss findings with appropriate HR personnel * Develop and implement internal and external surveys on both a recurring and bespoke basis * Identify and/or support continuous process improvement activities to positively affect HR’s image, services, and contributions to the organization as a whole * Develop and/or update Standard Operating Procedures / Process Maps to ensure that robust processes are in place * Seek out opportunities that improve the efficiency, accuracy and ease of production of monthly data submissions from the global HR team whether through checklists, work instructions or coaching. The goal would be minimized number of re-works, increased semantical understanding, reduced production time / administrative burden * Perform other work-related duties and tasks as assigned by management What we need from you: * Working knowledge of HR metrics and reporting preferred * Minimum experience of 18 months working with enterprise level survey tool such as Qualtrics is preferred * Synergetic view of HR as it relates to the success of the entire organization * Power user of MS Excel, Advanced Skills required * Visual flair – capable of producing high quality output * Familiarity with HR systems / Oracle advantageous * Highly numerate with superior analytical & data manipulation skills * Strong attention to detail with a premium on accuracy If you are interested and you are keen to develop your career within a growing company, then why not apply today?
