HR Administrator Locations: Milton Keynes Salary: £20,000 Job type: 12 month FTC Hours: Hybrid working Latham & Bond HR are working with an automotive association to appoint a HR Administrator. In this role you will be supporting the HR Assistant and the Head of Candidate & Employee Engagement in providing a comprehensive HR, L&D & Recruitment administrative service. HR Administrator Responsibilities: * Carry out all administration processes in the recruitment process for eg organising interviews and preparing tests * Preparing all contracts and offer letters and collection of documentation * Ensure that the HR function undertakes all necessary employment checks including right to work and process all pre-employment checks * Liaise with Line Managers to ensure they understand their responsibility in the induction process * Assist the Head of Talent and Development with the performance review cycle and record completed reviews and learning needs * Assist with the resetting of passwords and queries on the L&D system * Ensure the leaver process is adhered too by ensuring resignations are acknowledged in a timely manner and any outstanding leave is calculated correctly * Ensure exit interviews are arranged with the leaver and HR Business Partner Experience & Qualifications: * Previous experience in an HR administration role is advantageous * Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle a busy workload * Proactive at all times and able to work on own initiative without supervision * Understanding of various HR software systems * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office such as outlook, word, excel etc * Understanding of HR legislation is desirable * Professional and confident with excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to form effective relationships with people at all levels and to communicate well * Diplomatic and discrete with the ability to handle highly sensitive information If this role is of interest, do not hesitate in applying
