RLE International is working on behalf of their Essex based Automotive OEM Client, whom are currently looking for a HR Admin Coordinator to join their expanding team within HR and Corporate Services division. Our client offers a wide range of unique opportunities available to suit some of the best people and brightest minds in the automotive industry. Position Description: * Perform HR admin, payroll queries, prepare reports, support recruitment * Coordinate the site's Medical Case Management Program Skills Required: * Previous HR Admin or Payroll experience, preparing reports, strong IT skills including Excel, word etc. Skills Preferred: * Recruitment support Experience Required: * HR Admin Experience Preferred: * Payroll queries, sickness processing Education Required: * A Levels or equivalent Education Preferred: * Degree or CIPD Additional Information : ** THIS POSITION IS CONFIRMED INSIDE IR35** - 30 hours per week, to work 5 days/6 hours per day, start and finish times flexible. All hours to be completed on-site. Role is required to work on-site for all hours due to the nature of the role.
