Due to increasing work volumes and internal progression, we currently have a position available for a Car, HGV + Plant Recovery Driver (HGV class 1) in Sutton Bridge. We are seeking candidates who have experience in: * Class 1 driving experience is essential * Plant and Equipment transport or an agricultural background is preferable * Hiab or lorry loader crane experience is preferable * Hands on attitude with basic hand tool / fitting skills -> we will provide training on how to prepare a HGV for recovery * Flexible approach to hours - this role requires being on call two weeks out of four The Car, HGV + Plant Recovery Driver key responsibilities will include: * Attending breakdowns of vehicles ranging from cars to commercial HGVs, and recovering them safely to their destination * Carrying out Hiab movements of containers and other machinery * Carrying out forklift and plant movements across the country * Assisting in winching and up righting of accidents and road traffic collisions Job Details * Company vehicles to travel to and from depot * Discount on car Parts and Repairs * Discount to immediate family on Parts and Repairs * All training provided Must live local to Sutton Bridge (within 10 miles).
