Are you a qualified Health and Safety Advisor looking to make a significant impact in the aviation industry? Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain Health, Safety & Wellbeing policies and procedures. * Monitor and review Health, Safety, and Wellbeing performance regularly. * Investigate accidents, injuries, and work-related diseases, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions. * Oversee first aid provision, plant/equipment maintenance, and subcontractor performance. * Provide operational technical advice and support to ensure continuous improvement in Health and Safety performance. Key Requirements * NEBOSH General Certificate level or equivalent (essential). * Technician Member of IOSH (TechIOSH) desirable. * Experience in engineering health and safety. * Familiarity with ISO45001 and HSE legislation. * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Health and Safety Advisor. * Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills. * Ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade colleagues at all levels. * NEBOSH Level 6 Occupational Health Diploma or equivalent. * Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH). * Experience working to ISO45001.
