Head of Aftersales – High Wycombe, circa £75k OTE £100k per annum + Company Car Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Head of Aftersales to join an established commercial dealership. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for maximising revenue potential and improving efficiency to increase profits in a Service and Parts offering, delivering the best in class of great people development, whilst promoting a culture of customer satisfaction. In return you will receive the following benefits: Benefits: circa £75,000 salary, bonus scheme, company car, 33 days holiday including bank holidays, pension scheme As the Head of Aftersales, you will be responsible for: * Developing an Aftersales strategy that delivers fantastic people development, maximises profitability and ensures excellent customer service * Managing, leading, and coaching future leaders to ensure the development of great teams across the board including service advisors, technicians, controllers and managers * Supporting the Managing Director in developing the Service budget by location / area, setting, and agreeing strategic objectives and engaging teams to deliver * Working in conjunction with the Managing Director and HR to assist in ensuring resource levels are aligned to deliver pre-set plans, developing people through robust training and appraisal platform * Presenting service goals and objectives, updating key metrics and financial performance against plans * Reducing operational threats by creating initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities * Negotiating agreements for various service offerings with customers to ensure a positive commercial outcome As the Head of Aftersales, you will have the following: * Proven expereince working in a Senior Aftersales, Senior Service position across multiple brands with in-depth knowledge and expertise in everything aftersales * Be a strong leader of service teams with the ability to galvanise others to deliver optimal performance levels * Excellent financial and business acumen with a strategic and commercial focus * Expereince of setting business targets, timelines, and financial targets * Be a strategic thinker who can plan for and adapt to all possible outcomes * Be process-minded, detail-oriented, systematic, clear and methodical, balancing the required rigour and detail-focus with a commercial, business-minded approach * Be results-focused At Clemence Rogers your right to privacy is important to us.
