Motor Trade Head of Business required in Bradford, West Yorkshire Salary up to £80,000 + bonus with £100,000 OTE An excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Head of Business / General Manager / Dealer Principal to join our Client's Car Dealership in Bradford. We're looking for someone with solid experience at HOB level, with a strong background in business management, strategic planning and operational execution - someone to inspire and lead the team within the car dealership, building a culture of high performance with an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching and developing the team; Developing business strategies in line with the Company's goals, overseeing plans to achieve business growth; Managing budgets, forecasts and financial performance; Identifying opportunities to increase profitability and minimise costs; Recruitment within the business; Creating the best customer experience, increasing customer retention using root cause analysis and improvement plans; Take ownership for Brand audits, mystery shops and phantom tests with a view to passing first time, every time; Working closely with the Brand to build a strong relationship based on trust and open communication; Work with Line Managers to build and maintain a positive culture and exceed targets. Experience / qualifications required: Proven experience of delivering results at a Head of Business (HoB), General Manager (GM) or Dealer Principal (DP) level; Strategic approach; Customer centric approach; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent attention to detail; Ability to deliver impeccable standards across the business; Self-motivated, a relentless drive to perform and motivate the team to deliver results; Live within a reasonable commute of Bradford; Full driving licence free from excessive points.
