Graduate Training Administrator Primary objectives: To provide full administrative support to the Training Academy department Detailed responsibilities: * Maintain a close dialogue with the Training Academy team. * Embrace the Training Team culture. * Maintain regular contact with the FGA dealer network to generate/promote, dealer attendance at training events. * Prepare and issue training course joining instructions and required. * Provide support to the trainers in the preparation of training material. * Maintain all training related data within defined parameters ensuring the detail is complete, up to date and error free. * Ensure activities are accurately processed within agreed timescales. * Provide detailed reports as required. * Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the Client, third party contractors and their respective key staff. * Consistently and actively review processes to ensure effectiveness. * Ensure adequate records are maintained. * Undertake additional activities to support the training programs as required. * Understand, acknowledge and perform to the company’s Key Performance Indicators. Additional Activities: * Ensure activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care. Person specification: * An effective communicator (written and verbal) * Self-motivated and ability to use initiative * Strong analytical ability * Strong Excel Skills * Excellent telephone manner * Attention to detail, with ability to produce clear, concise documentation * Well-developed time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst multi-tasking
