Gardner Aerospace is looking for a number of Business Administration Graduates to join its Graduate Scheme. Based in Derby, the scheme will in run for 2 years, and will enable you to gain experience with placements in 4 different administrative functions that support the business. We also have sites in Poland, France, India and China and there may be opportunities to visit the Shared Service Centre in Poland during one of your placements. Accountabilities * Identify and implement best practice improvements to relevant area (i.e. cost reduction opportunities, process improvements, value added projects) that contribute to significantly improved performance. * Develop relationships with internal customers within the business and external customers in order to continually improve the quality of service provided by the department. * Contribute to the development and implementation of robust and controlled processes and procedures. * Develop and maintain a continuous improvement culture in line with the departmental strategy. * Carry out any other duties within your capabilities as defined by the department’s senior management team. * Work as part of an integrated cross-functional team to meet and exceed customer requirements.
