Graduate Consultant - Air Traffic Management Experience Required £25,000 - £30,000 plus excellent benefits DoE Dorset 4 days a week & 1 day remote J12627 We are seeking a numerical graduate with a 2:1 or above from a Russell group university to join a global aviation centred consultancy. The client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic about the Aviation industry and willing to develop their skills to become a Consultant. You will need to demonstrate good logical thinking and problem solving skills. As a Graduate Consultant, you will be involved in a variety of interesting projects for clients globally, be expected to build and manage client relationships and maintain the standards that they expect on each assignment. Required Competencies Technical Skills • An understanding of the technical skills needed to do the job of an ATM Consultant effectively • The ability to assimilate knowledge of industry specific tools, technologies and platforms • The ability to apply the technical skills in the context of ATM consultancy projects under direction Operational Knowledge: • An understanding of ATM, airport or cockpit operations • The ability to assimilate knowledge of current and emerging operational concepts • The ability to apply the operational knowledge in the context of ATM and airport consultancy projects Consultancy Skills: • An understanding of project management principles • The ability to manage complex sub-tasks within projects • Appreciation of the skills required to build strong and lasting relationships with customers Skills • At least a degree level qualification (2:1 or above) in a numerate, analytical or engineering / aerospace discipline • A strong academic track record • Excellent communication skills and an ability to apply technical results to a non-technical audience For this role we cannot accept any candidates who would require sponsorship or on a graduate visa/ dependant visa.
