The role EB Charging is accelerating the roll out of electric charging points to help communities embrace cleaner energy. We are looking for a strong Graduate to support the Innovations team. These are the people who ensure that the charging network supports our vision to create zero emission cities. everywhere. You will be providing administrative support to the wider team, problem solving escalated issues and co-ordinating and scheduling maintenance work. You will be using our systems to record information, looking for trends and process improvements. This role would suit an Graduate with some good administrative or customer facing experience, who is at the start of their career and looking for the next step in their future development. What we’re looking for * A strong Graduate with some good administrative or customer facing experience. * Interest in the sustainable energy sector. * This role is primarily office based, located 30 minutes' walk from St Albans station. Therefore, may suit someone located within the local area or who is able to drive. * Good with systems and capturing information/KPIS’s. * Excellent Customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will liaising with both clients, customers, and supply chain partners. * Strong organisation skills. * Ability to manage time and workloads to complete tasks in a timely manner whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to show continual improvement in the role in particular professional knowledge, skills, and behaviours. * Good with systems, Proficient use of MS Office suite of products and other administrative tools. * Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
