The Automotive division of Questech Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Fleet Administrator to work on a temporary contract up until 2021. Duties: * To assist in the day to day administration requirements. * To use a dedicated fleet management system to aid monitoring of vehicles maintenance, vehicle records * Raise and process purchase orders, including associated queries * To maintain the manual and electronic filling systems/document library for vehicles and contractual information, accessible to the Fleet & Compliance department.
