We welcome talented, creative and motivated people to join us on our journey. Provide financial leadership to the new manufacturing facility at Hurricane Way. This newly opened site fulfils one of Lotus Top 10 company objectives, combining 2 previous sites, modernising and centralising processes. The site may increase its contribution further by incorporating additional production stages as well as selling to external customers in the future. Build strong relationships with Operations Business Partners from the start to continually improve efficiencies and value added. To provide accurate and timely management information as to the financial performance of both the manufacturing facility at Hurricane Way and LLS Wellingborough. Influence the set-up of new accounting systems, enhancing operational performance data while managing multiple system transitions Role Objectives  * Production of monthly management accounts, including ongoing P&L analysis and full balance sheet reconciliations * Lead the annual budgeting & periodic forecasting to support the decision-making process of the business, coordinating with Hethel Operations Finance and Group Finance. * Build effective working relationships with operational business partners to drive continuous improvements, including developing and reporting on site KPI's. * Establish effective accounting systems at this new facility, integrating information from new and existing systems, including implementation of SAP ERP system upgrade. * Further develop the operations performance review pack in line with business needs * Responsibility for purchase order approvals as well as VAT, stock and inter-company reconciliations and returns  * Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts Key Stakeholders * Position reports to the Head of Operations Finance with additional reporting to the Head of Engineering Finance * Other key stakeholders include Site Operational Managers, Group Operational Managers, Group Finance and the Finance Director Scope  * Ability to identify & implement improvements to processes & practises across all finance functions * Proven leader able to identify and develop potential within teams * Effective in stakeholder management with a proactive approach to relationship building and conflict/issue resolution Knowledge  * Accountancy qualification desirable or qualified by experience with up to date knowledge of accounting and financial principles and practices * Previous experience of a manufacturing ERP system & advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office both essential * Excellent knowledge or cost accounting, risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting & reporting * SAP experience desirable     Key Behaviours * A self-starter able to work and deliver multiple outcomes to demanding deadlines  * Excellent organisational & leadership skills * Ability to see the 'bigger picture' and drive performance improvements accordingly     Other Factors  May be some occasional travel between group sites - Wellingborough, Hethel and Hurricane Way, Norwich
