Experienced Administrator Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday PAYE Rate: £10.00 - £10.50p/h Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Our client is a leading finished vehicle logistics company with locations across the UK who specialise in new and used vehicle preparation, logistics and secure storage to the automotive industry. They are currently seeking an experienced administrator to work in Sheerness, Kent. The Role: We are looking for an administrator to be trained to work across various departments across the business. From operations to stores support so candidates must be willing to learn and be able to adapt quicky. Candidates must be able to start immediately. * General administration * Creating reports using inhouse systems * Supporting and liaising with various departments within the business * Ad-Hoc duties as and when required from time to time by your line Manager What kind of person we are looking for?: * Previous experience in an administration role * Computer literate, including excellent Excel knowledge * Confident at picking up the phone and polite telephone manner * Excellent organisational skills * Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player * Extremely quality conscious and customer orientated What we can offer: * A fun, friendly & fast paced atmosphere within a busy office * Ongoing training and support * Weekly pay * Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
