My client is looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction. Client Details Sales & Events Coordinator - 12+ Month Temporary role, Bracknell: This business is a market leading company and with a global footprint Modern offices close to public transport with free parking and opportunity for hybrid working (circa 2 days at home) Description Sales & Events Coordinator - 12+ Month Temporary role, Bracknell: To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Organise high profile client events related sponsorship of national sports teams Organise attendance and invites to national trades shows Deal with Exec members organising travel, hotels and expenses both in UK and overseas Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help the sales team generate business leads Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products Create PowerPoint presentations for Global and EMEA Enterprise Sales Reviews Collaborate and assist with customer related events, collating invitation lists and monitoring attendance Maintenance of Dealer Database & Department Contact Lists - ensuring they are accurate and up to date at all times Overall responsibility for raising of purchase orders, payment and coding of invoices and query resolution Responsibility for all letter communications (dealer and non-dealer) as requested by management team - ad hoc and mail merge Responsibility for intranet bulletins and other network communications as required Maintain dealer filing system on shared driveProfile To be a successful sales coordinator, EA, PA, Administrator or Events Coordinator. You should have excellent organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. It is essential that you are confident with Exec level colleagues and can run meetings and manage projects at this level Ideally you will have events experience Strong relationship building skills and a team player Well organised with strong administration and planning skills with the ability to multitask to ensure completion of tasks and objectives on time. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail is essential Can work on own initiative to complete tasks to set deadlines Computer literate and proficient in the use of Excel, Word & PowerPoint Job Offer circa £110 per day plus some hybrid working
