End Point Assessment Manager

Salary: £48,000 - £53,000 (dependant on skills and experience)

Location: Home based

Job type: Permanent

Category: Management

There’s more to Motor!

This is the most exciting time to work in the automotive industry due to the adoption of electrification and autonomous technologies (think robots and smart devices!) and the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) is at the forefront, ensuring everyone has the knowledge and skills they need to progress their career.

As part of the IMI service as an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO), we are required to supply independent, specialist assessors who are responsible for determining the final grade of an apprentice at the end of their apprenticeship.

We are now looking for an End Point Assessment Manager to manage our End Point Assessors and associated Assessment Staff. This role ensures that End Point Assessments (EPA) are delivered to the required quality levels relevant to each Apprenticeship Standard and that all associated compliance is maintained at centres.

The EPA Manager will liaise with key internal stakeholders across the business to plan and appoint suitable levels of EPA resource to cope with future demand.  They will also work with our Marketing Team, to ensure IMI End Point Assessment Services are the preferred EPAO provider for the motor industry.

If you have comprehensive, up to date knowledge of the Apprenticeship Standards and funding, the ability to plan, manage time and produce accurate reports as well as having experience managing a team, we would like to hear from you.
