Responsibilities: Managing change including TUPE, organisational design, redundancies, and secondments. Answering and resolving people-related matters. Leading the ongoing development of the ER team. Maintaining strong working relationships with employees and stakeholders. Managing high-volumes of complex ER casework. This role will suit an established ER Leader, looking for the next step in their career, with experience in resolving high volume caseloads and forming lasting employee relationships.
