Digital Marketing Graduate PURPOSE: You will be responsible for supporting a variety of digital activities. These will include digital advertising campaigns, website content updates, email deployments, display, PPC and SEO. You will also be responsible for the Retailer websites as well as the Fleet & Business pages within the National website. Your foremost responsibility is to ensure your projects are delivered on time, following the correct approval process with stakeholders in the business, and built and delivered to the correct specification, with the highest degree of quality and excellence possible. This position is a support role reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager MAIN DUTIES: * Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure the website and digital content is accurate and up to date across multiple Brands at all times. * Supporting to ensure the output of the digital team is of the highest standard and brand appropriate. * Liaising with a number of agencies on a daily basis for digital projects and campaigns. * Supporting to ensure all projects are completed on time, working with stakeholders to discuss feedback and gain approvals. * Working closely with the Product and Finance teams to ensure offers are updating across digital assets within the required timeframe and following the correct approval process. * Responsible for Retailer Websites and Fleet & Business areas on National website, ensuring they are kept accurate and up to date at all times. * Work closely with HQ Digital team to coordinate project requirements at UK level * Typical tasks include (with assistance): writing briefs for digital projects, reviewing and providing feedback on creative, testing and approving assets such as digital display banners, emails and website content. * Attend weekly status meetings to ensure all projects are on track to meet deadlines. * Working closely with the Customer Experience Team to understand the performance of web platforms and digital campaigns. * Reporting on digital campaigns and channels. * Act as the day-to-day contact for the digital projects. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be extremely organized & have an extremely proactive disposition, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. * Very strong work ethic and highly motivated, a team player who gets on well with others. * Some understanding of reporting and analytics in the digital space. * Ability to build good relationships with HQ and external agencies * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to communicate effectively across functions and at all levels in a professional manner. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proven organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
