Role is more of an account management role, need someone who has similar experience, can cope well under pressure, has experience with SAP and Salesforce, good communication skills, need to be a car driver as will be expected to go on customer visits between once a month and quarter. All areas of B2B Customer Service Dealing with Account Management and B2B customer queries Maintaining the SAP database, and SAP is essential and Salesforce is highly desirable Profile Customer Service - (using SAP & Salesforce): The Customer Relations Co-ordinator is a key role within the business by representing business values and great customer experience.
