Customer Service Advisor

• Basic Salary up to £24,000
• OTE £30,000
• Monday-Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis. Hours to be discussed at interview.
• 42 Hours Per Week.
• 22 days annual leave rising to 26 with service, plus bank holidays.
• Company Car Scheme Available.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive one of the largest dealer who are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Nottingham area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Their minimum requirements for a Customer Service Advisor are as follows:

• A working experience within a Customer Service Advisor role
• The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
• Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
• Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

As a Customer Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:

• Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
• Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
• Update Customers and Vehicle Records
• Prepare and complete Invoices
• Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
• Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the Customer Service Advisor role requires

For your hard work as a Customer Service Advisor our client is offering a salary of £30,000 OTE.
