About the role Land Rover Coventry is looking to recruit a Customer Relations Support to join their customer experience department. You will support both the Customer Experience Manager and our other departments to ensure customers receive the best customer experience possible. Working as a Customer Relations Support you will: *complete all administration work for the Customer Experience Manager *take ownership of the complaints portal and ensure the accuracy of the data within it *managing the fleet of loan cars, ensuring availability for our customers *liase with key stakeholders both internal and external too drive resolution for our customers Land Rover Coventry work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. About you Previous experience in a similar role or a similarly demanding role would be ideal. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing excellent customer service, and would take pride in engaging with our customers over the telephone. Ideally, you will thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment; have strong administration skills and the ability to prioritise workload within a fast paced environment.
