Each year we invite Students to complete their placement year with us in our Eco HQ in Surrey. We nickname these students our ‘Future Talent’ because they often go on to do great things, either here at TGB, on our Graduate scheme or in the wider working world.
We are proud to offer a 12 month placement as part of your undergraduate degree, giving you Industry experience in a global brand (but with family feel) organisation. As part of the emerging talent community, you’ll get access to our 70:20:10 learning and development framework*, you’ll have the support of the student community and roll your sleeves up to get involved in specific projects & fundraising to make a genuine difference.

Here at out ECO HQ in Surrey, we support the car dealership network as the sales and marketing functions for both Toyota and Lexus in the UK. Do you want to channel your passion for community and the environment in a business? The CSR team at Toyota is a high performing, passionate department that wants their student to join and be the best they can be. As the CSR student, you will get first-hand experience in project management and take the lead with adhoc projects in the team. Projects you will work with include ownership of the Toyota fund for a better tomorrow project, including management of a £200k budget (exciting, not scary!) as well as Toyota’s global Dream Car competition. You will be responsible for coordinating communications with our close partnered charities, processing charitable requests for support or donation. You will also coordinate internal environmental task force meetings, seeking best practice to suggest improvements.
