Contract Hire Broker Manager £40,000 basic with bonuses to circa £70,000 OTE Client based in Sheffield, however remote working considered with 1 or 2 days based at office Our client is one of the most respected providers in the vehicle contract hire industry. Established in the 1960s they are long established, successful, profitable and have a great culture aligned with a well-deserved reputation for employee and client retention. Their core business is own book contract hire to limited companies and they have launched a multi-funder broker division to supply affinity deals, sole traders, partnerships and private individuals. The groundwork for the broker division is done, the systems are built, the website live, the infrastructure is in place, funders are in place and over the past two years they have tested the robustness of the service and delivered hundreds of vehicles. They now need somebody to come in and take the business to the next level. You will ensure targets are achieved whilst FCA rules are strictly adhered to. About You Our most important requirement is that you are honest with yourself and honest with our client. You must be a natural deal maker. Somebody with brokerage experience who can spot an opportunity and make it happen. Somebody who does not want to punt the funder specials being pushed out by all your competition. Someone who can work with retailers, manufacturers, and funders to ensure you stand out from the crowd. You will know how to get those deals out into the market cost effectively and you will relish turning them into orders with your team. Somebody who gets excited about sales, with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
