Duties & Responsibilities of a Contact Centre Advisor: * First point of contact for inbound customer calls, you will be directing customers to the relevant department or converting them into bookings and appointments. * Maximising our service sales by upselling the work identified within service appointments. * Accurately record vehicle information, refer to service histories and effectively follow-up and prospect customers to secure repeat business. * Supporting the Sales teams, helping with customer enquiries and leads. Your Background & Skill: * Previous experience within a customer service position. * A strong interest/passion in cars. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
