This further strengthens our unique capabilities by attracting and retaining the highest calibre employees which enable us to build on Lotus' brand values Construction Project Manager - Full time - Temporary contract for 6 months  Role objective * Management and reporting of overhead and capital projects, including raising orders on BPM system, controlling invoicing and budget reporting. * Programme management * Quality - ensure that the buildings are complete to the required design, best practise and the overall quality is in line with Lotus expectations. * Liaison with Lotus staff including conflict resolution * Project administration, including managing value engineering and change control process * Health and safety * Chairing co-ordination meetings * Record keeping on progress and completed project * Manage hand over of completed buildings * Ensure compliance with necessary statutory legislation Role and responsibilities * Project planning and reporting * Setting Budgets * Selection of Contractors and consultants * Management of Contractors and consultants * Delivery of Projects on time and within budget * Project close out and documentation completion including update of site records                                    * Vetting Contractors Management agreements * Financial control including raising order documentation and matching invoices * Reviewing, agreeing and ensuring compliance with Risk assessments and Method statements * Site induction, issue and management of permits to work * Carry out Site Risk assessments * Implementation of company training, toolbox talks and staff competence reviews as required Essential experience required  Qualifications Required:              * Relevant facilities management or similar related qualification. * Member of BIFM * Understanding of CDM Regulations * Previous employment in construction / Manufacturing business Preferred experience * PC/CAD Skills             * Microsoft Windows * Auto CAD Additional requirements * Have a proven work record of previous work in the building / construction industry * Able to work to a budget and deliver on time * Good working knowledge of Building CDM regulations * Upkeep of the high standards required by Lotus * Other duties as requested by Sector Head Production Additional Requirement
