We are excited to announce that we have a new site opening soon in Lincoln and are looking for an experienced Compliance/Business Manager to join our new Lincoln team. What will I be responsible for? Joining the team as our Compliance/Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire finance process across the dealership including; Management of credit applications Completion of credit paperwork with customers during face to face meetings Completion of companies FCA regulatory paperwork Management of the sales admin team. Could this be the ideal role for me? Joining the Car Supermarket team as a Compliance/Business Manager, you will provide support to the whole sales team in all aspects of vehicle finance and insurance; identifying and sourcing the most appropriate products and services to suit each individual customer's needs. You will also directly sell finance and additional products and services to our customers whilst ensuring all business is written in line with our policies on TCF. With a demonstrable history of automotive management you will contribute to the Site's success by assisting in the daily management of the sales team and by deputising for the Branch Manager in their absence.
