Overview: As a CNC Setter Operator, you will manufacture high-precision crankshafts, camshafts, and other engine components for super and hypercar manufacturers. You'll set up and operate CNC machines, edit programs, and conduct quality checks to ensure all parts meet specifications while minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Manufacture components efficiently and cost-effectively. Read and edit CNC programs for error-free operations. Perform quality checks using precision tools. Maintain machines, tools, and equipment. Communicate effectively between shifts and team members. Report issues to the appropriate personnel promptly. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Keep work areas clean and follow company procedures. Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.Candidate Profile: Experience with multi-axis Mill/Turn machines, 4-axis milling, and 2/3 axis lathes. Familiar with Fanuc Controls and NC code troubleshooting. Knowledge of work-holding, tool selection, and machining techniques. Proficient in quality inspection and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Automotive/Aerospace engineering experience is preferred.Work Schedule (Night Shift): Sunday: 23:00 - 06:00 Monday to Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00
