Workforce are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Shunter Drivers required for our client based in Avonmouth Bristol. Responsibilities include- To safely move Class one AND Class two trailers from the parking area onto the loading bay and once the trailer has been loaded to park the trailer in the dispatch area. Ensure that the correct procedures are adhered to when ‘hitching and unhitching’ the unit to the trailer and to ensure that the trailer is securely loaded. To ensure adherence to the vehicle temperature control procedures and weight restrictions. If necessary to deliver to a customer, depot, garage or test Centre. Diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly. Immediate starts for successful candidates.
