We have a superb opportunity for a dynamic, persuasive and forward thinking Careers Coordinator to join a professional educational organisation.  This role focuses on developing the attraction and retention of members by engaging informing and supporting them as they continue to upskill.   The ideal candidate will be someone who is resourceful, creative and energetic and who has previous experience working within education.

This role focuses on developing the attraction and retention of the future of the retail automotive industry by: 

  • Supporting and developing the CEIAG offer to inform, engage and excite young people and their influencers on career opportunities within the automotive sector 
  • Supporting and developing IMI learners through IMI Student Membership  
  • Supporting and developing the Registered Professional Members to up skill and continue their career journey with the IMI

The role supports all interested individuals, Student Members and Centres through their life association with the IMI by supporting our broad spectrum of customers (members, centres and individuals). The role is to act as ‘first line of contact’, to the future automotive workforce, their influencers, support centres and to promote IMI Student Membership, IMI careers, IMI Membership and deliver greater visibility of the benefits of being part of the IMI community.
