Our client, a modern and vibrant Vehicle Finance & Leasing company based in South East Lancashire, is currently looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Development Manager to join their growing and expanding team. The offices are easily commutable from Greater Manchester, Rochdale, Burnley, Bolton, Blackburn and the surrounding areas. About the role Joining a family run, well established finance & leasing business – you will be taking responsibility for managing and developing sales through face to face and over the phone. As time goes on and targets are consistently met, the candidate will have an opportunity to start building, managing & developing their own team. Key responsibilities: * Building relationships with established customer base across the UK * Prospecting and networking to gain additional business opportunities * Attending qualified appointments * Account management * Reporting to Operations Director Ideal candidate – requirements: * Experienced finance and/or leasing sales professional with a track record of exceeding customers’ expectations and hitting targets * Ability to build & maintain relationships at all levels * Strong attention to detail and listening skills * High levels of energy, drive and determination to succeed and take your sales career on to the next level * Good sense of humour * Full UK driving licence Benefits * Competitive and rewarding salary package – up to £25k basic / £50k OTE for the right candidate * Company car, mobile phone and laptop * Monday to Friday working hours but with you will need to display some degree of flexibility (some occasional early morning, evening or Saturday attendance at meetings might be required to meet clients’ needs) * Fun and lively office environment * 20 days of annual leave + Bank Holidays – holiday allowance increases with service * Private Healthcare after the qualifying period * Opportunity to progress within & accelerate your career
