Remit are recruiting on behalf of Pentagon Motor Group. Looking for Fleet/Sales Admin Apprentice with the view to becoming a competent and fully trained Account Manager.
Working in the fleet account/sales team you will be reporting to the Fleet Sales/Account Manager. Being the first point of contact for colleagues in other departments as well as customers and leasing companies.
Responsibilities include:
• Liaising directly with corporate customers and major lease companies
• Maintaining multiple manufacturers systems
• Quoting on car and commercial vehicles over multiple brands accurately and within pre-determined time frames
• Raising internal and external work orders where necessary to instruct fitting of accessories prior to arranging delivery
• Agreeing delivery dates with all relevant parties
• Proving weekly updates of customer orders in a timely and accurate manner using spreadsheets & online system.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, Strong Microsoft office skills; - you will need to be able to use basic functions + sorting and filtering in Excel Knowledge of social media Ideally previous administration experience of at least 6 months - but not essential.
A minimum entry requirements for this level 3 apprenticeship is GCSE Grades C / 4 in English and Maths or Level 2 in functional skills.
The role of an Administrator is an important one, as they ensure the proper flow of office procedures and support various departments while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. As an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 3
