We are delighted to be working alongside our large, established and highly reputable global aviation client as they seek to recruit a Support Executive to join their team based close to Burgess Hill Due to office location it is essential to be a driver with your own vehicle This role involves working the following shift patterns: 2 x 12 hour days (7am to 7pm) followed by 2 x 12 hour nights (7pm to 7am) then 4 days off on a rotational pattern / rosta Full Time office based permanent role Burgess Hill area Salary: £21400 - £32100 depending on experience - there is also an additional shift allowance payment of £5000 per annum on top of the basic salary. This is a superb opportunity for an aviation industry experienced candidate to join a true marker leader with the aviation sector The role: To provide customer support on a 24 hour, 365 days a year basis. Ensuring contract customer requirements are processed in a timely manner and manage inventory to increase sales revenues to all non-contracted customers. Responsibilities and duties: Handle all customer out of hours requirements. Respond to customer requirements in appropriate time frames. Deliver high quality customer service at all times. Manage customer accounts and contracts, including specific requirements. Trade company inventory by means of exchange, loan and sale. Purchase items for customer requirements and brokered transactions. Negotiate with customer and suppliers when needed. Maintain up to date market knowledge. Maximise all sales opportunities to ensure the highest revenues are achieved for the company Liaise with internal departments as required Assist the Sales Manager with all tasks as required. Understand and adhere to Export Control regulations where relevant Experience required for the role: Background within the aviation sector Preferred previous experience working with customers in a 24-hour service environment.
