As a Bureau Veritas Auditor you'll be supporting organisations by using your industry expertise to assess whether their procedures and processes meet the relevant management systems standard and applicable legal requirements, delivering business assurance and consumer confidence. You'll plan and conduct audits in line with Bureau Veritas procedures, guide clients through the certification process, and will provide specific technical support to expand Bureau Veritas' capability to offer value added services to customers. Your role will be field based, and you'll be working on-site with different clients each day, getting to know their business, and assessing their products, processes, systems or services, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations and standards. This is a national role with some international travel to support clients. Travel time is taken into consideration to ensure a positive work/life balance when planning audits. The role will involve a combination of client site and home working, and the successful candidate must therefore hold a full clean driving license. Skills & Knowledge: The competence of a Certification Assessor / Auditor is vital for the delivery of an effective audit, and in providing clients with the confidence that the management system being certified meets the highest standards. The successful candidate for this role must therefore; * Have held positions with significant Quality Management System (QMS) responsibility. * Demonstrate strong working knowledge and experience of management system standards, compliance and auditing techniques. * Have a varied breadth of industry sector experience Essential: * Must have AS9100 AEA Lead Auditor qualification to AS9100 Rev D * Be qualified to ISO 9001 Lead Auditor status, and qualified to the latest version of the standard. * Registered as Aerospace Experienced Auditor on OASIS database  * Have the relevant NACE codes in industries such as Electronics, Composites, Engineering and Textiles etc * Good knowledge of current industry technologies * Excellent working knowledge of management systems, standards and compliance/auditing techniques * Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels * IT literate i.e. competent in the use of MS Office applications. * Able to demonstrate ability to identify and capitalise on any potential to maximise sales/revenue generated by the business * Able to motivate and lead others in a "project team" environment * Willingness to learn and adapt to change - committed to continuous personal and professional development * Have commercial focus, understanding customers' needs and adding value * Can demonstrate passion for the business and can inspire others Desirable: * AEA in AS9120 / AS9110 * Auditor qualification in other ISO Standards i.e ISO14001
