Assistant Fast Fit Garage Manager Vacancy - Woking
- £26,838 Basic Salary + Bonus (£33,000 OTE)
- 5 Day Week in-between Monday - Saturday (44 Hours)

We are currently working with a family run and well established Fast-Fit Centre who specialise in servicing, MOTs, tyres and while you wait repairs who are proud to boast over 20 car branches throughout South London, Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire and rapidly expanding.
They are seeking a Assistant Garage Manager with mechanical knowledge to join their car workshop team to support the Branch Manager with customer invoicing, bookings to support the work of their vehicle workshop. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such, the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Car Garages in their local area.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a Vehicle Technician, Workshop Controller or an Assistant Service Manager looking for a new opportunity to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working day as well as delivering a world class automotive service to their customers.
Within this Assistant Garage Manager role your typical duties will include: - Assist the Centre Manager in the operation and daily running of the depot
- Play a key part in the Car Workshop targets including key performance indicators
- Oversee the maintenance of stock values within the centre
- Implement and enforce company Policies and Procedures
- Offer and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with Company Policies and Procedures
- Possess a full UK driving license
- Help with mechanical jobs if and when required (brakes, pads, suspension, MOT repair work)
Your responsibilities will include:- Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
- The maintenance of documents in adherence to company Policies and Procedures
- Maximising workflow through the workshop to achieve maximum efficiencies
- Creating and adopting a positive customer service experience
- Assisting with the training and mentoring of employees
