Area Manager - Essex & North London (Company Car Provided) Motorclean has grown, innovated, and evolved over 4 decades, to become a major player in the Integrated Automotive Services sector and is award winning. They provide comprehensive vehicle preparation and support services to dealerships, auction houses, motor retailers and fleets across the UK. These include Valeting, Smart Repair, Delivery & Collection, Premises Cleaning, Vehicle Video, and Imaging. They are currently looking for an Area Manager to join the management team reporting into the Regional Manager. You will be responsible for the day- to-day operations and service delivery at a number of sites within in a defined area. The Area Manager will build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers at some of the UK’s leading dealership groups. The Role Key Duties • Ensure that the business exceeds operational requirements in all respects, is fully compliant and operates in a manner that mitigates any potential reputational risk to the business. • Deliver results required within business plans which will include reporting on the company’s performance • Drive and share best practice across the business • To effectively and efficiently complete all duties and responsibilities as assigned • Adapt to the changes required by the senior management team. Reporting to the Head of Operations on all strategic and tactical matters relating to the operational needs of the business. • Manage and monitor daily operations for a specified number of customers accounts. • The main point of contact for Motorclean customers. • Build relationships with multiple contacts at different levels of seniority within customer accounts. • Retention and growth of current customer base. • Drive and share best practice across the business. • Liaise with Motorclean contractors to ensure compliance and service standards are being met. • Meeting all set KPIs and achieving targets. Essential Skills • 2+ years’ of operational management experience within the automotive sector • Detail orientated and extremely organised. • Resourceful, proactive and can multitask. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Familiar with the Office 365 suite. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. • Demonstrate initiative and have a passion for providing exceptional service to customers Benefits We offer a competitive basic plus bonus and company car and have a range of benefits alongside offering career progression internally
