CXC Global is delighted to be working in partnership with the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defence, space, and security systems. They are engineers, technicians, skilled scientists and thinkers, bold innovators, and dreamers. The company is providing the Long-Term Training and Support Service (LTTSS) for the Apache E-Model. In order to support this new capability, they are seeking Apache courseware writers to assist in developing aircrew training materials and courseware. In this role you will: • Work as part of the wider team producing the required courseware to support the delivery of Apache Conversion to Type and Role courses. • Work under the guidance of a course phase lead or potentially lead a course phase’s product generation. • From the Formal Training Statement and Learning Scalar, and appropriate dereference material, design the lesson content and structure to deliver the associated Training and Enabling Objectives and Key Learning Points. • Generate Lesson and Assessment Specifications (L/ASpecs) to support these lessons • Generate Mass Briefs to support these lessons. • Work to support sortie development activity within the Longbow Crew Trainer to prove the concept of delivery. • Review other team member’s products as part of the internal assurance processes. • Ensure technical accuracy, completeness and quality of training products. • Identify risks, issues and opportunities and support the development of mitigation plans. Essential Requirements: • Experience of writing courseware or delivering instruction in either a classroom or aircraft. • Demonstrates the ability to plan work, conduct it and maintain an auditable log. Able to effectively execute and seek opportunities to improve strategies, processes and project plans. • Assist with removal of obstacles by identifying where help is needed and coordinating with the appropriate leaders and team members. Desirable Requirements: • Apache Mk1 or AH-64E qualified aircrew, or experience of ground instruction on these types. • UK Central Flying School Qualified Helicopter Instructor. • Apache Aircrew Instructor qualification (Weapons or Electronic Warfare). • Training or experience in Training Needs Analysis and Course Design. Preferably a minimum training qualification of United Kingdom (UK) Ministry of Defence (MoD) Defence Trainer with a sound understanding of the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and modern training systems. Assignment Duration: 31/12/2022 with potential to be extended Additional Clearances: Security Clearance (SC) is a requirement from Day 1
