Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual, with strong leadership skills, looking to work for an established, dynamic motor retailer, and act as a brand ambassador, supporting a fast-paced business in leading a high performance team, and delivering a premium customer experience? If you are an experienced, people-focused Aftersales Manager who excels at leading a large Aftersales department to meet performance objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience, then we are looking for you. An exciting, new opportunity has arisen for an operationally savvy, commercially focused Aftersales Manager to join the team at Wolverhampton Jaguar Land Rover. Reporting into the Head of Business, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for the effective and efficient running of the Aftersales department, and for ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered at all time. We’re looking for someone to: * Develop and implement departmental plans to achieve agreed objectives * Put in place and continuously review key processes to ensure effective operating of department * Monitor customer satisfaction data to ensure that an exceptional level of customer service is being delivered. * Assume responsibility for performance of all Aftersales colleagues, and ensure they receive the correct training and support to enable them to succeed in their roles * Take ownership of ensuring that department operates in line with health and safety and brand standards We’re looking for someone who: * Has experience as an Aftersales or Service Manager within the motor retail sector * Proactively drives continuous improvements to processes to ensure an exceptional level of customer service is always delivered. * Is confident in handling and resolving customer issues, dealing personally with any escalations. * Is an excellent communicator who is comfortable liaising with stakeholders at every level of the business. * Is passionate about developing their team and experienced in performance management.
