Seats GB offers: • Unique and High-end Quality products • Market leader in Bespoke aircraft seating • Passenger Experience Expertise • In-house design studio and group Synergies • Dedicated production line and Industrialisation facilities • Bespoke capabilities • Co-creation abilities  Obtain and Check content of DOA (Design Organisation Approval) projects (changes & repair) packages for availability, accuracy and completeness, prior to acceptance.  Securely store DOA data in correct locations following approval, including revisions.  Execute and document data transmittals to various departments (internal & external to SAFRAN SEATS), and supply this data in various formats including paper and digital, using the available, applicable means e.g. data transmittal websites, tools, internal post, etc.)  Support the complete and correct generation of regulatory Statement of Approved Design Data (SADD or EIT) in support of SAFRAN SEATS DOA's relationships with Production Organisations.  Support PLM and similar system activities as required.  Support SAFRAN SEATS Design Organisations (DOA) in preparing, planning and maintaining engineering, manufacturing and certification processes related to SAFRAN SEATS Design Organisational Approvals (EASA & UK.CAA)  Support internal & external audits in support of Engineering Project Lead (EPL-DOA) and support the closure of audit findings to the agreed schedule.  Support communications in relation to any issues or clarifications required regarding procedures, initial airworthiness and continued airworthiness matters.  Review EASA / UK.CAA latest publications, proposed regulatory changes, AD's (Advisory Directives), and provide information to the DOA team.  Support the generation of performance measure data for the department e.g. KPIs and make available the required data. Have a good working knowledge of company procedures and best practices.  Make available and/or Liaise with various departments about status of data / drawings / ECRs / etc., in relation to DOA projects and tasks.  To prepare & maintain DOA's processes & procedures.  To prepare and support audits, both internal and external.  Good knowledge of applying Engineering principles related to procedures with reference to the DOA's.  Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering and certification teams at all SAFRAN SEATS EASA / UK.CAA DOA sites (SGB / SFR) to support the completion of certification activities.  Work with DOA CVEs, HOA, HDO and with ISM to make sure that DOA team understands and use the applicable approved processes.  Support manufacturing, engineering and aftermarket teams to timely certify the changes/repairs by DOA's.  Help and support EPL-DOA in the execution of his/her tasks.  Support regular DOA team meetings.  Support continuous improvement projects, as required.  From time to time, Data Controllers must be prepared to undertake other tasks as requested by their immediate supervisors e.g. in relation to Brackley facility. Preferably a degree qualified engineer with a demonstrable experience in Aerospace engineering and manufacturing Industry with previous experience in EASA DOA  HNC / HND / NVQ level 4 or higher qualified people are considered with suitable, demonstrable experience in Aerospace Industry with proven experience of DOA working.  Good knowledge of EASA PART-21, CS-25, CS-ETSO regulations  Must have working knowledge of EASA DOA processes  A working knowledge of, and demonstrated application of company procedures and best practices  A working knowledge of the certification framework within which the work is undertaken  A working knowledge of the companies change control process  Understanding of drawings, design and certification data, and their revisions in relation to configuration control
