Supplier Quality Technician Location: Dagenham, London Salary: £35,000 Join my client's team in Dagenham, as a Supplier Quality Technician in the automotive industry. In this role, you'll contribute to driving continuous improvement in the quality of supplier-produced components. Ensure incoming parts meet the required quality standards and systems for fully conforming, process-capable, and efficient supplied products. Key Activities: " Deputise for the Supplier Development Engineer. " Produce visual quality alerts within the supply chain. " Gather quality data for continuous improvement. " Drive a quality assurance culture in the supply chain. " Investigate and address quality issues, initiating corrective actions. " Reduce waste and enhance efficiency. " Support regular quality meetings. " Undertake continuous training and development. " Travelling to sites globally when needed. Desired Experience/Skills: " Professional accreditation advantageous. " HNC/BTEC Engineering is a plus. " Analytical and numeracy skills with high attention to detail. " Initiative and results focused. " Understanding of quality conformance and continuous improvement. " Good understanding of customer expectations. " Appreciation of wider business demands. " Excellent PC skills. " Ability to work well in a team environment.
